At Manic Panic, we want you to be obsessed with your vibrant new look, but if a product isn't right for you, we offer returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair dyes or cosmetics that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and that your purchase was made within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
